Toilet drainage pipeline construction method
The invention discloses a toilet drainage pipeline construction method which adopts pressure applying sealing devices and comprises the following steps of 1) removing impurities; (2) enabling a drainage pipe to penetrate through a pipeline hole; (3) clamping the drainage pipe by using a pipe clamp; (4) installing the lower pressure applying sealing device; (5) dismounting the pipe clamp; (6) pouring concrete; (7) installing the upper pressure applying sealing device; (8) injecting oxygen; (9) after curing is conducted for two days, dismounting the upper pressure applying sealing device and the lower pressure applying sealing device; and (10) performing waterproof treatment on the upper surface of a toilet floor. The solidified concrete poured in a gap between the pipeline hole and the drainage pipe is in a closed state through the lower pressure applying sealing device and the upper pressure applying sealing device, and then certain oxygen pressure is applied to promote rapid solidification of the solidified concrete, so that the inner wall of the pipeline hole, the outer wall of the drainage pipe in the pipeline hole and the poured solidified concrete are solidified into a whole, and leakage from the position between the drainage pipe and the toilet floor is avoided.
本发明公开了一种卫生间排水管道施工方法,该方法采用了一种施压密封装置,步骤包括如下:1)除杂质;2)将排水管穿过管道孔;3)用管夹夹紧排水管;4)安装下施压密封装置;5)拆卸下管夹;6)浇筑混凝土;7)安装上施压密封装置;8)注入氧气;9)待固化2天后,拆除上施压密封装置和下施压密封装置;10)对卫生间楼板的上表面做防水处理。通过下施压密封装置和上施压密封装置使浇筑在管道孔与排水管之间的间隙中的固化混凝土处于封闭状态,在施加一定的氧气压力,促进固化混凝土快速固化,使管道孔的内壁、管道孔内的排水管的外壁以及浇注的固化混凝土固化为一体,避免了排水管与卫生间楼板之间发生渗漏。
