The invention relates to the field of catalysts, provides a waste glass fiber carrier-based catalyst recycling method, and also provides a binder prepared by using the method. The method comprises the following steps: crushing waste materials into small materials, carrying out primary screening, and respectively collecting residues on a screen and undersize materials; adding deionized water and an auxiliary agent into the residues, carrying out ultrasonic soaking, carrying out dispersing and stirring, and then filtering with the screen many times to obtain slurry; adding deionized water and auxiliaries into the slurry, performing sanding after a solid content is adjusted so as to obtain a binder, and solidifying glass fiber paper through the binder to prepare a corrugated glass fiber carrier which is used for production of a new catalyst. The method is simple in process, large fibers are eliminated through step-by-step filtration, hazardous waste is reduced, and the method is green and environmentally friendly; and the prepared binder is directly applied to production, so a resource utilization rate is increased, cost is reduced, and the binder is suitable for large-scale industrial application.
本发明涉及催化剂领域,提供一种玻纤载体基催化剂废料回收利用方法,同时还提供由该方法制成的粘结剂。该方法包括将废料破碎成小料进行初筛,分别收集筛网上的残留物和筛下物;向残留物加入去离子水和助剂,超声浸泡分散搅拌后多次使用筛网过滤,得到浆液;向浆液中加入去离子水和助剂,调节固含量后进行砂磨,得到粘结剂,利用粘结剂将玻纤纸固型制备波纹式玻纤载体,以供新催化剂生产使用。该方法工艺简单,通过逐级过滤消除大块纤维,减少危废物产生,绿色环保;制备的粘结剂直接应用到生产中,提高资源利用率,降低成本,适于大规模工业化应用。
