Sintered water permeable brick prepared from recycled aggregate with composite structure
The invention discloses a sintered water permeable brick prepared from recycled aggregate with a composite structure, belonging to the technical field of novel building materials. The sintered water permeable brick is a composite blind-hole sintered water permeable brick composed of a brick body and blind holes, wherein the blind holes are evenly distributed in a base body on the lower middle portion of the brick body along the center line of the bottom face of the brick in a long edge direction, openings of the blind holes face downwards, and the blind ends of the blind holes are located below the top face of the brick and at positions with away from the top face by a distance of about 20-30% of the thickness of the brick. The brick body is composed of an upper filtering permeable layer and a lower permeable layer which are different in formula, and the upper layer and the lower layer are made of forming materials with the same color or different colors and different aggregate granularities respectively, wherein a thickness ratio of the upper layer to the lower layer is 1: (7-10). Compared with pervious concrete pavement bricks circulating in the current market, the sintered water permeable brick has more excellent freezing resistance, water permeability, wear resistance and skid resistance; and compared with existing ceramic pervious bricks, the sintered water permeable brick has the characteristics of excellent water permeability, skid resistance, material saving and energy saving, and can well achieve the paving effect of sponge cities.
本发明公开了一种复合结构再生骨料烧结透水砖,属于新型建材技术领域。其为复合型盲孔烧结透水砖,由砖体和盲孔组成,盲孔沿砖底面顺着长边方向的中线均匀分布于砖体中下部基体中,盲孔孔口向下,孔盲端位于顶面向下约20‑30%砖厚度处。砖体由配方不同的上部过滤透水层与下部透水层组成,上、下层分别采用同一色泽或不同色泽,不同骨料粒度的成型料制成。上下层厚度比为1︰(7‑10)。与当前市场上流通的透水混凝土路面砖相比具有更加优异的抗冻性、透水性、耐磨性、防滑性,与现有的陶瓷透水砖相比,具有优异的透水、防滑、节材、节能特征,能够很好地实现海绵城市的铺装效果。
