Recycled aggregate water permeable brick and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a recycled aggregate water permeable brick which comprises a base layer structure and a surface layer structure. The base layer structure accounts for 91% of the overall thickness of the water permeable brick, and the surface layer structure accounts for 9% of the thickness of the water permeable brick. The base layer structure is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 50-60 percent of waste recycled aggregate broken from an old road concrete layer, 5-10 percent of cement, 5-0 percent of DHT, 5-15 percent of water, 20-30 percent of sand and 1 percent of composite reinforcing agent A; and the surface layer structure is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 1-5% of a cementation enhancer B, 3-5% of a heat reflection material, 10-20% of quartz sand, 50-60% of cement and 10-30% of water. According to the scheme, the recycled aggregate water permeable brick which is high in water permeability, high in strength, high in fracture resistance, free of radiation, resistant to alkali and attractive is obtained while the problem of waste disposal of the old road concrete demolition is solved, the ecological environment is protected and the requirements of sponge city construction are met.
本发明公开了一种再生骨料透水砖,包括基层结构和面层结构,所述的基层结构占透水砖整体厚度比例的91%,所述的面层结构占透水砖的厚度的9%;所述的基层结构按照质量百分比计,由旧道路混凝土层破除废弃物再生骨料50%‑60%、水泥5‑10%、土凝岩DHT 5‑10%、水5‑15%、砂子20‑30%和含量1%的复合增强剂A构成;所述的面层结构按质量百分比计为:由胶结增强剂B 1‑5%,热反射材料3‑5%,石英砂10‑20%,水泥50‑60%和水10‑30%构成。本方案在解决了旧道路混凝土拆除废弃物处理问题的同时,也获得了具有透水性高,强度高,抗折率高,无辐射,抗碱性而且美观的再生骨料透水砖,既保护了生态环境,又满足了海绵城市建设的需求。
