The invention discloses a construction method of an overpass navigation channel steel truss girder. The construction method comprises the steps that S10, a temporary supporting frame is built on one main pier in the direction opposite to the bridge direction of the other main pier; S20, the steel truss girder structure which is assembled in advance is integrally hoisted on the temporary supporting frame in a sliding mode; S30, the steel truss girder structure slides towards the bridge direction of the other main pier so that the front end of the steel truss girder structure is overhung, and an internode component is assembled at the tail end of the steel truss girder structure; S40, the step S30 is repeated till that the length of the overhung front end is larger than or equal to 1/3 of the total length of the current steel truss girder structure, and then the floating pier stopped on the non-navigation channel area in advance is moved to the front end of the overhung steel truss girder structure so that the steel truss girder structure can be dragged by the floating pier; and S50, the operation in the step S30 continues to be repeated till that the steel truss girder structure assembled for multiple times is a truss structure, the truss structure is pushed, and girder falling work is carried out till that the front end of the truss structure falls onto another main pier. According to the method, the construction cost can be effectively reduced while the occupation of a channel is reduced.
本发明公开了一种上跨通航航道钢桁梁的施工方法,包括:S10,在其中一主墩上背向另一主墩的桥向方向上搭建临时支撑架;S20,将预先组拼好的钢桁梁结构整体可滑动的吊装在临时支撑架上;S30,将钢桁梁结构朝另一主墩的桥向方向滑移,使钢桁梁结构的前端悬挑,并在钢桁梁结构的尾端组拼节间构件;S40,重复S30,直到悬挑的前端长度大于或等于当前钢桁梁结构总长度的1/3后,将预先停靠在非航道区域上的浮墩移至悬挑的钢桁梁结构前端处,使其拖起钢桁梁结构;S50,继续重复S30中的操作,直到多次组拼后的钢桁梁结构为桁架结构后,将桁架结构顶推,直到桁架结构的前端落到另一主墩上时,进行落梁工作。本发明在减少对航道占用的同时,还能有效降低施工成本。
