The invention discloses a UHPC segmental box girder template suitable for a complex variable section. The template comprises a bottom die body, a group of sliding rails are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom die body, each group of sliding rails consists of two sliding rails, and two translation assemblies arranged side by side are slidably mounted on the sliding rails. A supporting mechanism is arranged at the upper ends of the two translation assemblies, a fixing frame is hinged to one side of the upper surface of the supporting mechanism, a telescopic supporting piece is hinged between the fixing frame and the supporting mechanism, an inner die assembly and two symmetrically-installed end die bodies are arranged at the upper end of the bottom die body, and the two end die bodies are connected with the two ends of the inner die assembly in a clamped mode correspondingly.
