The invention provides a pier top UHPC-NC composite structure UHPC continuous box girder bridge which comprises a UHPC-NC composite box girder section, a UHPC box girder section and a prestress system adopting whole external prestress or partial external prestress in the longitudinal direction, and the UHPC-NC composite box girder section comprises a UHPC bottom plate of a prefabricated structure and a cast-in-place structure NC box girder supported on the UHPC bottom plate. The UHPC-NC combined box girder section is located in the pier top area of the support, the length of the UHPC-NC combined box girder section ranges from 4 m to 12 m, and the UHPC box girder section is located in the area except the UHPC-NC combined box girder section. According to the UHPC continuous box girder bridge of the pier top UHPC-NC composite structure, the UHPC-NC composite structure is adopted at the pier top, the UHPC box girder structure is adopted in other areas, the structure is simple, the self weight is light, the economical efficiency is good, main span downwarping and girder body cracking can be effectively restrained, meanwhile, prefabricated construction is facilitated, and the spanning capacity of the concrete girder bridge is improved.
