The invention provides a steel pipe pile shallow covering layer rock-entering rooting or deep covering layer boulder crossing construction method, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The technology comprises the following steps that a steel pipe pile is vibrated through a fishing method, a steel pipe is vibrated to the top face of a rock stratum or cannot sink, and the sunken steel pipe pile is obtained; a drilling machine is adopted, an impact cone with the preset weight is arranged on the drilling machine, the impact cone is placed in the steel pipe pile, and the steel pipe pile serves as a steel casing to conduct punching operation; the drilling machine is moved away, the steel pipe pile is lengthened on the drilled steel pipe pile, and then a vibratory hammer is used for continuously vibrating the steel pipe pile to sink until the steel pipe pile cannot sink; and a filling material is filled into a drilled hole of the drilled steel pipe pile, and tamped by using the impact cone. The technology can also be implemented when shallow covering or non-covering-layer geology and deep covering exist but large boulders and boulders or rock layers exist, the technology has the advantages of being easy and convenient to construct, high in efficiency and capable of saving cost, the requirement for mechanical hole punching (drilling) in the dry season does not exist, and meanwhile a steel casing can reliably enter the rock to guarantee structural safety.
本发明提出了一种钢管桩浅覆盖层入岩生根或深覆盖层孤石穿越工法,涉及建筑施工技术领域。工艺包括以下步骤:采用钓鱼法振动钢管桩,将钢管振动至岩层顶面或无法下沉,得到下沉后钢管桩;采用钻机,并在钻机上配备预设重量的冲击锥,将冲击锥置入于钢管桩内,以钢管桩作为钢护筒,进行冲孔作业;挪走钻机,在钻孔后钢管桩上接长钢管桩,再使用振动锤继续振动钢管桩下沉,直至无法下沉;向钻孔后钢管桩的钻孔内灌入填充材料,并使用冲击锥进行夯实。该工艺遇到浅覆盖或无覆盖层地质和深覆盖但是存在较大孤石漂石或者岩石层时也能够实施,其具有施工简便,功效高、节省成本的特点,没有枯水期机械冲(钻)孔要求,同时钢护筒入岩可靠保证结构安全。
