The invention discloses a construction method of a pre-stressed anchor cable frame beam structure, and relates to the technical field of slope support. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, a side slope is excavated; 2, after the side slope is excavated, anchor holes are formed in the side slope, the hole opening positions of the anchor holes are marked at a node A and a node B, and the node A and the node B are both located in the center of the intersection position of a cross beam and a vertical beam in a prefabricated frame beam; 3, anchor holes are drilled, anchor cable bodies are installed, and then anchor hole grouting is conducted; 4, after anchor hole grouting is completed, a frame beam foundation trench is excavated, and a frame beam is constructed; 5, after frame beam construction is completed, the anchor cables are tensioned and locked; and 6, after the anchor cables are tensioned and locked, grout supplementing and anchor sealing are conducted on the anchor head. By the adoption of the scheme, the pre-stressed anchor cables can be combined with the frame beams, the frame beams play a role of anchorage piers, and due to the fact that the effective contact area of the frame beams and the slope surface is large, deformation of the slope body under the action of the anchor cables can be limited.
