Film covering method for super-large-span steel structure plane truss
The invention discloses a film covering method for a super-large-span steel structure plane truss. According to the method, a film is stretched along a guide rail through traction, film covering is completed, anchoring is not needed, the efficiency is greatly improved, and the high-altitude operation risk is avoided; after the ultra-large-span steel structure plane truss is hoisted, the guide rails are distributed at equal intervals in the span direction of the steel structure plane truss; clamps for dragging and fixing are installed at two ends of the film, a dragging steel wire rope is wound from one end of the steel structure plane truss to the other end of the steel structure plane truss along the span direction of the steel structure plane truss, and the dragging steel wire rope is connected to the clamp at one end of the film; and one end, connected with the dragging steel wire rope, of the film penetrates through the guide rails in the direction of the guide rail, a winch is started to drag the dragging steel wire rope, the film is pulled out of the steel structure plane truss in the direction of the guide rail, then the dragging steel wire rope and the clamps are disconnected, the clamps at the two ends of the film are fixed to the bottom side of the steel structure plane truss, and then all the guide rails are coated with films in sequence.
