The invention discloses an installation method of a super-large-span steel structure plane truss. According to the installation method, a part of the truss is replaced with prefabricated assemblies, field hoisting and steel wire ropes, the installation efficiency is greatly improved, and meanwhile the super-large-span requirement can be met; a flange structure is mounted at a folding interface of span frames, the two half span frames are connected together through bolts after being hoisted in place, then movable mounting seats are connected through flange connecting plates at the two ends of the span frames, and the movable mounting seats and lug plate structures are connected and fixed to foundation bolts of concrete ground piles; the upper sides of the span frames and longitudinal connecting frames are connected through diagonal draw bars, connecting lugs of the diagonal draw bars are arranged at the corresponding positions of the span frames and the longitudinal connecting frames, and the diagonal draw bars are connected with the connecting lugs through bolts; the span frames are connected with the lower sides of the longitudinal connecting frames through a flexible steel wire rope structure, and the prestress of the flexible steel wire rope structure is adjusted through a tightener; and the third step, the fourth step, the fifth step and the sixth step are repeated till installation is completed.
本发明公开一种超大跨度钢结构平面桁架的安装方法,通过预制组件,现场吊装,钢丝绳替代一部分桁架,大大的提高了安装效率,同时能满足超大跨度的要求;跨架合拢接口处安装法兰结构,待吊装到位后通过螺栓将两半个跨架连接在一起,然后通过跨架两端的法兰连接板连接活动安装座,通过活动安装座与耳板结构连接固定在混凝土地桩的地脚螺栓上;通过斜拉杆连接跨架和纵向连接架的上侧,且跨架和纵向连接架的对应位置上设置斜拉杆的连接耳,所述斜拉杆与连接耳之间通过螺栓连接;通过柔性钢丝绳结构连接跨架和纵向连接架的下侧,并通过紧线器调节柔性钢丝绳结构的预应力;重复第三、第四、第五和第六步动作,直至完成安装。
