The invention discloses a production process of a combined stainless steel cabinet door. The production process is characterized by comprising the following steps of a, selecting a stainless steel plate; b, the stainless steel plate is subjected to laser cutting according to the size of a needed cabinet door body; c, an upper frame foundation plate, a lower frame foundation plate, a left frame foundation plate, a right frame foundation plate and a door core foundation plate are bent according to the needed angles; and d, an upper frame, a lower frame, a left frame and a right frame are assembled and welded to obtain a square door frame, the door core is connected to the front side of the door frame in a welded mode, a back plate is pasted to the rear side of the door frame, and therefore the cabinet door body is obtained. According to the production process, compared with the prior art, through th assembled production mode, the production of the stainless steel cabinet door is not limited by the size and the shape, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种组合式不锈钢柜门的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:a、选取不锈钢钢板;b、根据所需柜门的尺寸,将所述不锈钢钢板进行激光切割;c、将所述上边框基础板、所述下边框基础板、所述左边框基础板、所述右边框基础板及所述门芯基础板分别根据所需角度进行折弯;d、将所述上边框、所述下边框、所述左边框及所述右边框组装并焊接得到方形门框,将所述门芯焊接在所述门框的前侧,将所述背板粘贴在所述门框的后侧,从而得到柜门,本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:通过组装式的生产方式,使得不锈钢柜门的生产不受尺寸、造型的限制,制造成本大大降低。
