The invention provides a railway tunnel base defect anchoring, injecting and draining integrated treatment method. The method comprises the following steps that a plurality of glue injecting holes are drilled in the tunnel bottom of a tunnel base defect section, and grouting anchor piles are arranged in the glue injecting holes, so that the grouting anchor piles and a tunnel base structure are anchored, and base anchoring construction is completed; glue injecting equipment is arranged and communicates with the grouting anchor piles to conduct glue injecting construction on the tunnel base, so that grouting materials are injected into gaps of the tunnel base, and base glue injecting construction is completed; and a flow guiding and draining system is arranged between a railway sleeper and base rock and communicates with drainage ditches on the two sides of the bottom of a tunnel.
