Cementing material for mine filling as well as preparation method and use method of cementing material
The invention discloses a cementing material for mine filling as well as a preparation method and a use method of the cementing material. The material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 5-30% of cement clinker, 60-80% of fly ash, 2-15% of bentonite, 1-3% of an active activator and 0.1-1% of a modifier. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing the raw materials; and S2, uniformly mixing all the raw materials weighed in the step S1 to obtain a mixed material, and grinding the mixed material until the specific surface area is greater than or equal to 320m <2>/g to obtain the cementing material for mine filling; the use method specifically comprises the following steps: mixing the cementing material for mine filling with water according to a mass ratio of 1: (1.5-2) to prepare slurry, and flushing the aggregate to a filling position by using the slurry until filling is completed; and the mass ratio of the cementing material for mine filling to the aggregate is 1: (10-12). The cementing material for mine filling, disclosed by the invention, has strong coating and coercing capabilities on aggregates such as coal gangue and the like, and is low in production and use cost.
本发明公开了一种矿井填充用胶凝材料及其制备和使用方法,材料由以下质量百分比的组分制成:水泥熟料5‑30%、粉煤灰60‑80%、膨润土2‑15%、活性激发剂1‑3%、改性剂0.1‑1%;制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、称取以上原料;S2、将步骤S1中称取的所有原料混合均匀,得到混合物料,之后将混合物料磨至比表面积≥320m2/g,即得到矿井填充用胶凝材料;使用方法具体为:将矿井填充用胶凝材料与与水按照质量比1:(1.5‑2)混合制成浆体,用浆体将骨料冲至填充处直至填充完毕;矿井填充用胶凝材料与骨料的质量比为1:(10‑12)。本发明公开的矿井填充用胶凝材料对煤矸石等骨料的包覆、裹挟能力强,且生产与使用成本低。
