The invention provides a preparation method of nanometer bonded SiC ceramic powder, belonging to the field of inorganic non-metallic materials and nanometer composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following concrete steps: adding silicon carbide micropowder into an ethanol water solution, and carrying out ultrasonic stirring for 1-2 hours; preparing SiO2 sol in a mixed solution obtained in the previous step, and carrying out drying to obtain nanometer coated silicon carbide particles; mixing carbon powder with the treated silicon carbide particles, carrying out mechanic stirring for 1-2 hours, adding PVA, then carrying out mechanic stirring for 1-2 hours, and conducting hermetic standing for 5-10 hours; and granulating and drying mixed powder obtained in the previous step, carrying out heat treatment in a vacuum or protective atmosphere at 1350-1500 DEG C for 2-3 hours, carrying out cooling to room temperature, and carrying out pressureless heat treatment at 500-600 DEG C for 2-3 hours to obtain the nanometer bonded SiC ceramic powder with a reconstructed particle size. According to the invention, sintering temperature is greatly reduced by adding SiO2 sol for nanometer bonding, and the ceramic powder having undergone particle size reconstruction is high in purity, low in porosity and excellent in use performance, so problems in recycling of waste silicon carbide powder in the aspect of ceramics are well solved.
本发明提供了一种纳米结合SiC陶瓷粉体的制备方法,属于无机非金属材料和纳米复合材料领域。具体制备方法的步骤为:将碳化硅微粉加入到乙醇水溶液中,超声搅拌1~2h;在上述混合溶液中配制SiO2溶胶,干燥后得到纳米包覆的碳化硅颗粒;将碳粉与处理后的碳化硅颗粒混合,机械搅拌1~2h后,加入PVA,机械搅拌1~2h,密封静置5~10h;然后将混合粉料进行制粒干燥后,在真空或保护气氛中1350~1500℃下进行热处理2~3h,冷却至室温后,在500~600℃进行无压热处理2~3h,得到粒度再造的纳米结合SiC陶瓷粉体。本发明通过加入SiO2溶胶纳米结合的方式,大大降低了烧结温度,并且粒度再造后的陶瓷粉体,纯度高、孔隙率低、使用性能优良,很好的解决了废弃碳化硅粉体在陶瓷方面再利用的问题。
