The invention relates to a preparation method of a continuous fiber reinforced silicon carbide ceramic matrix composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps that: slurry is prepared from a silicon source, a carbon source and SiC powder according to a mass ratio of (5-20): (10-30): (60-80); and the slurry is introduced into two-dimensional fiber cloth in a tape casting mode to obtain a tape casting film, and then the continuous fiber reinforced silicon carbide ceramic matrix composite material is obtained through lamination, air pressure curing, glue discharging and sintering densification, wherein the air pressure curing is carried out under the conditions as follows: the vacuum degree is 1-20 kPa; the curing pressure is 40-80 atmospheric pressures; the curing temperature is 100 to 150 DEG C; the curing time is 1-2 hours.
