The invention discloses an anti-slip ceramic tile with a pickling frosted surface and a preparation method of the anti-slip ceramic tile. The preparation method comprises the following steps: spraying glass powder on the surface of a ceramic tile, and sintering at high temperature to form a glass layer; washing the surface of the ceramic tile with a frosting liquid containing frosting powder and an acid liquid, so that part of a glass layer is removed; and finally, carrying out semi-polishing treatmenton the surface of the ceramic tile through an elastic fiber module to obtain the anti-slip ceramic tile with the pickling frosted surface. The ceramic tile obtained by the preparation method has a frosted glass surface with soft luster and fine hand feeling, is easy to clean, difficult to hide dirt, and hazy in texture, and is suitable for being used in building space.
本发明公开一种酸洗磨砂面止滑陶瓷砖及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括：将玻璃粉喷涂在陶瓷砖表面，经过高温烧成形成玻璃层；使用包含蒙砂粉和酸液的蒙砂液洗涤陶瓷砖表面使得部分玻璃层被除去；最后采用弹性纤维模块对陶瓷砖表面进行半抛处理，得到所述酸洗磨砂面止滑陶瓷砖。所述制备方法获得的陶瓷砖具有光泽柔和手感细腻的磨砂玻璃表面，易清洁，难藏污，质感朦胧，适用于建筑空间的使用。
