The invention relates to a preparation method of an anti-slip bright-surface ceramic tile, which belongs to the technical field of building materials and comprises the following steps: step 1, manufacturing a ceramic tile green body; step 2, spraying cover glaze on the ceramic tile green body, printing ink, spraying polishing glaze, firing and polishing; step 3, preparing a treating fluid; and 4, the surface of the treated ceramic tile base body is coated with the treatment liquid, then drying, curing, trimming and chamfering are conducted, and the anti-skid bright-surface ceramic tile is obtained. After the polishing glaze is fired at a high temperature, a microstructure with a micro-crystalline phase and coexistence of a sharp crystal phase, a corundum phase and a glass phase is formed, after polishing, a fine polycrystalline phase on the tile surface and the glass phase are symbiotic, and a concave-convex microstructure is formed while the brightness of the tile is achieved; an anti-skid layer is formed on the surface of a ceramic tile base body through the treating fluid, the anti-skid performance of the ceramic tile is further improved, the formed anti-skid layer is an organic silicon coating and has a bright effect, and the brightness of the ceramic tile can be improved.
本发明涉及一种防滑亮面瓷砖的制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域,包括步骤一、制作瓷砖坯体;步骤二、对瓷砖坯体进行淋施面釉、打印喷墨、淋施抛釉、烧制、抛光处理;步骤三、处理液的制备;步骤四、对处理后瓷砖基体表面涂施处理液,再经干燥、固化,修边倒角,得一种防滑亮面瓷砖。抛釉经高温烧制后形成具有微结晶相的尖晶相、刚玉相与玻璃相共存的显微构造,经抛光后砖面微细多晶相与玻璃相共生,在达到瓷砖光亮的同时,形成具有凹凸起伏的微观构造;通过处理液在瓷砖基体表面形成一层防滑层,进一步提高瓷砖的防滑性能,形成的防滑层为有机硅涂层,具有光亮效果,能够提高瓷砖的光亮度。
