High-speed rail closed layer expansion joint water stop strip and water stop structure
The invention provides a high-speed rail closed layer expansion joint water stop strip and a water stop structure. The water stop strip is made of rubber and comprises a strip-shaped body, the left side face and the right side face of the body are fixedly connected with a first water stop rib and a second water stop rib respectively, and the first water stop rib and the second water stop rib extend in the length direction of the body. The end, away from the body, of the second water stop rib is provided with a plane used for being pasted to the side wall of the expansion joint. Compared with an existing water stopping measure, the two sides of the water stopping strip are provided with the first water stopping rib and the second water stopping rib respectively, the first water stopping rib and the second water stopping rib are used for being poured and pasted with concrete, and therefore the combination area of a concrete structure and the water stopping strip is increased, the concrete structures on the two sides of an expansion joint are tightly connected with the water stopping strip, and a water seepage path is changed and prolonged; therefore, rainwater infiltration is effectively prevented; in addition, high elasticity and scalability of a rubber material are combined, differential deformation of concrete structures on the two sides of the expansion joint is adapted, and the service long-term effect of the roadbed is improved.
本发明提供的高铁封闭层伸缩缝止水条及止水结构。止水条由橡胶制成,其包括呈条状的本体,本体的左右两个侧面上分别固定连接有第一止水肋条和第二止水肋条,第一止水肋条和第二止水肋条均沿本体的长度方向延伸;第二止水肋条远离本体的一端具有用于与伸缩缝的侧壁粘贴的平面。与现有止水措施相比,本发明提供的止水条两侧分别具有用于与混凝土浇筑和粘贴的第一止水肋条和第二止水肋条,增加混凝土结构与止水条的结合面积,实现伸缩缝两侧的混凝土结构与止水条的紧密连接,改变并延长渗水路径,有效防止雨水渗入,结合橡胶材料的高弹性和可伸缩性,同时适应伸缩缝两侧混凝土结构的差异变形,提高路基服役长效性。
