The invention relates to an idler wheel and a switch rail anti-bounce limiting device with the idler wheel. The switch rail anti-bounce limiting device comprises an iron clamp, a pin shaft and the idler wheel, wherein the pin shaft penetrates through the upper part of the iron clamp, and two ends of the pin shaft extend out of the outer side of the upper part of the iron clamp and are respectively matched and hinged with the rollers; the roller comprises an outer sleeve, a lining and a rubber ring, wherein the lining is sleeved with the outer sleeve in a matched mode, and the rubber ring is arranged between the outer sleeve and the lining in a clamped mode; and limiting bosses are evenly arranged on the inner hole wall of the outer sleeve in the circumferential direction in a protruding mode. The lining and the outer sleeve are coaxially sleeved, the rubber ring is formed by injecting rubber between the outer wall of the lining and the inner wall of the outer sleeve, and a nested gear is formed between the outer sleeve and the rubber ring through the limiting boss on the inner hole wall of the outer sleeve. The device is simple and reasonable in structural design, convenient to produce and manufacture, stable and reliable to use, capable of effectively preventing the sleeve from falling off in the using process and suitable for application and popularization.
