The invention provides a pre-tensioning method prestressed concrete assembly type pavement and a preparation method thereof. The concrete assembly type pavement comprises a concrete panel, prestressed steel bars, reinforcing steel bars, a joint filling plate, a joint caulking material and grouting liquid; wherein the prestressed steel bars are longitudinally arranged, bound with the reinforcing steel bars which are transversely distributed and evenly distributed in the concrete panel; joint filling plates are arranged on the periphery of the concrete face plate, the joint filling plates are located at the joints between the adjacent concrete assembly type road surfaces, and joint caulking materials are poured into the joint filling plates; grouting holes are formed in the concrete panel in a penetrating manner, and each grouting hole is used for injecting grouting liquid; and the reverse side of the concrete panel is connected with the base layer at the bottom through grouting liquid. The concrete fabricated pavement is good in integrality, high in bearing capacity and high in durability, and the probability of occurrence of diseases of the concrete fabricated pavement can be reduced; in addition, the construction period and the maintenance period can be greatly shortened, the on-site labor cost is reduced, the traffic pressure of heavy traffic road sections is relieved, and great application prospects are achieved.
本发明提供一种先张法预应力混凝土装配式路面及其制备方法，混凝土装配式路面的包括混凝土面板、预应力钢棒、钢筋、填缝板、嵌缝料、注浆液，预应力钢棒纵向布置，且与横向分布的钢筋绑扎，均匀布设在混凝土面板内；所述混凝土面板的周边设置有填缝板，且各所述填缝板位于相邻的所述混凝土装配式路面之间的接缝处，所述填缝板上灌注有嵌缝料；所述混凝土面板上穿设有注浆孔，各所述注浆孔用于注入注浆液；所述混凝土面板的反面通过注浆液与底部的基层相连。本发明整体性好，承载力高，耐久性强，能降低水泥混凝土路面的病害发生几率；还能大大缩短建设、维护工期，降低了现场的人力成本，缓解了重载交通路段的交通压力，且具有广阔的应用前景。
