The invention provides a post-tensioning prestressed construction method and a prestressed reinforced concrete member. The post-tensioning prestressed construction method comprises the steps that S1, the periphery of a prestressed steel bar is coated with asphalt, and the asphalt is cured; s2, concrete is poured on the prestressed steel bars to form a common concrete member; and S3, electrifying to heat the prestressed reinforcements so as to soften the asphalt and extend the prestressed reinforcements. Through the technical scheme, according to the construction method provided by the invention, the pore channels are formed in the concrete structure by utilizing the solid-state characteristic of asphalt during normal-temperature concrete pouring, and then the asphalt is softened by utilizing the temperature rise of the prestressed reinforcements during electric heating tension, so that the prestressed reinforcements can freely extend in the pore channels; the problems caused by pre-burying of corrugated pipes in traditional post-tensioning method construction are avoided, and the forming quality of the prestressed concrete member is improved.
本公开提供一种后张法预应力施工方法及预应力钢筋混凝土构件,包括:S1、在预应力钢筋的外周上涂覆沥青并使其固化;S2、在预应力钢筋上浇筑混凝土以形成普通混凝土构件;S3、通电加热预应力钢筋以软化沥青并使预应力钢筋伸长。通过上述技术方案,本公开提供的施工方法利用常温浇筑混凝土时沥青的固态特性在混凝土结构内部形成孔道,再利用电热张拉时预应力钢筋的温度升高软化沥青,使得预应力钢筋可在孔道中自由伸长,避免了传统后张法施工因预埋波纹管而产生的问题,提高了预应力混凝土构件的成型质量。
