Construction process of rooting-enhanced cast-in-place pile
The invention discloses a construction process of a rooting-enhanced cast-in-place pile. The process is added after a cast-in-place pile hole forming procedure or after a reinforcement cage is put down. The process comprises the following specific steps that a, after the hole forming procedure, at different elevation positions of a pile body, a long-strip-shaped component extends outwards from the pile body, then conventional cast-in-place pile construction procedures such as reinforcement cage putting down and hole cleaning are carried out, when cast-in-place pile concrete is poured, steel bars or other connecting structures reserved in the pile body direction of the long-strip-shaped component are connected with pile foundation concrete and the reinforcement cage into a whole, and finally the cast-in-place pile similar to a wolf tooth rod shape is formed in a stratum; and b, after the reinforcement cage putting down procedure, the long-strip-shaped component is prefabricated in a steel structure form, after the reinforcement cage is put down, the steel structure component is placed, and then subsequent procedures such as concrete pouring are carried out. According to the process, the bearing capacity of a friction pile foundation is greatly improved through the friction force between the pile body and the surrounding soil body and the counter-acting force of the long-strip-shaped component pressed into the soil body.
本发明是一种生根增强型灌注桩施工工艺,在灌注桩成孔工序后或下放钢筋笼后增加此工艺,具体步骤如下:a成孔工序后:在桩身不同的标高处,从桩身向外伸出长条形构件,随后进行下钢筋笼、清孔等常规灌注桩施工工序,在浇筑灌注桩混凝土时,长条形构件在桩身方向预留的钢筋或其他连接构造与桩基混凝土、钢筋笼连接为一个整体,最终在地层中形成一个类似狼牙棒状的灌注桩;b下放钢筋笼工序后:利用钢结构形式,预制长条形构件,在下放钢筋笼后,放置此钢结构构件,随后再进行混凝土浇筑等后续工序。本发明通过依靠桩体与四周土体间的摩擦力外加长条形构件压入土体的反作用力,极大的提高摩擦桩桩基承载力。
