The air cavity structure and the flow equalizing gauze element are arranged at the top of the frame; the air cavity structure and the flow equalizing gauze element are detachably connected with the frame; a purification module is arranged in the air cavity structure; a first air outlet is formed in the bottom of the air cavity structure; the flow equalizing gauze element is arranged at the first air outlet; the frame comprises a top frame and lifting stand columns; the top frame comprises a first cross beam, a second cross beam, a third cross beam and a fourth cross beam; the first cross beam and the second cross beam are of foldable structures; the third cross beam and the fourth cross beam are both of telescopic structures; one end of the first cross beam is connected with one end of the second cross beam through the third cross beam, and the other end of the first cross beam is connected with the other end of the second cross beam through the fourth cross beam; and moving wheels are arranged at the bottoms of the lifting stand columns. The movable positive pressure laminar flow clean cover provided by the invention is small in occupied space, convenient to move and build, high in portability and maneuverability, capable of meeting switching among different application scenes and higher in adaptability.
