Prefabricated wallboard and cast-in-place beam connecting joint structure and connecting method
The invention relates to a prefabricated wallboard and cast-in-place beam connecting joint structure and a connecting method. The connecting joint structure comprises a prefabricated wallboard, a cast-in-place beam and a connecting rib, wherein the prefabricated wallboard comprises a wall body, a stirrup and an embedded pipe, the embedded pipe is arranged in the wall body, one part of the stirrup is arranged in the wall body, and the other part of the stirrup extends out of the wall body and is exposed out of a notch of the wall body. The cast-in-place beam comprises a beam body and a horizontal waist rib, wherein the horizontal waist rib is connected with the stirrup, one end of the beam body is located at the notch, and the beam body wraps the horizontal waist rib, a stress longitudinal rib and the stirrup. One part of the connecting rib is inserted into the embedded pipe, and the other part of the connecting rib penetrates through the beam body so as to be used for being inserted into an upper-layer wallboard. According to the connecting joint structure, the connecting requirement of the beam and the wall can be met when the wall thickness of a low-multilayer structure system is small, and the connected structure meets the structural stress requirement; and compared with a mode of combining a prefabricated beam and a post-cast section under some special conditions (such as the beam length is smaller than 3 meters), the cast-in-place beam manufacturing mode is more convenient and more economical.
