The invention relates to the technical field of prefabricated wallboard installation, in particular to a connecting device and method for a cast-in-place concrete structure and a prefabricated wallboard, the connecting device comprises positioning steel bars and further comprises at least two positioning steel plates, each positioning steel plate is provided with a plurality of positioning holes, each positioning hole is internally provided with a positioning sleeve, and the positioning steel bars are inserted into the positioning sleeves; an anchoring supporting leg is arranged on the lower side of each positioning steel plate, and the anchoring supporting legs are fixed to cast-in-place concrete structural steel bars; a limiting rod is connected between every two adjacent positioning steel plates; by using the connecting device, multiple groups of positioning steel bars can be fixed once, the positioning steel bars do not need to be positioned and bound one by one, and the construction efficiency is improved; the longitudinally-arranged positioning sleeves can assist the positioning steel bars to be kept vertical all the time in the concrete pouring process, inclination of the positioning steel bars is avoided, and the accuracy of the positions of the steel bars is guaranteed.
