The invention discloses a stirring head for ultra-soft soil in-situ solidification treatment and an application method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of soft soil foundation treatment. An in-situ solidification technology is adopted to treat soft soil and polluted soil; and an open-close type stirring head, an external operation platform and an automatic quantitative feeding system are mainly included. The stirring head for ultra-soft soil in-situ solidification treatment has the advantages that soil can be effectively, uniformly and quickly mixed, so that the mixing efficiency and the uniformity in the stirring process are improved; due to the fact that an excavator working arm is adopted by a conventional intense stirring head, sinking and lifting of the stirring head are manually controlled, constant speed cannot be achieved, and uniformity of a pile body is poor; and good uniformity is achieved due to the fact that a deep stirring pile sinks or lifts at the constant speed.
