The intense stirring in-situ solidification treatment method comprises the following steps that construction preparation is conducted, and site facility conditions are surveyed and recorded according to project data; solidification treatment can be completed in situ or in a stacking area through the intense stirring device, soil waste and replacement are avoided, the intense stirring device is capable of reducing the influence degree of transportation and stacking on the environment, free of excavation work and capable of reducing the influence on surrounding buildings, high in automation degree, high in site adaptability, free of a mixing site, high in construction efficiency, uniform in mixing and capable of solidifying and improving waste soil to become foundation filler meeting the conditions to be reused; and the produced solidified soil is widely applied to resource utilization of reinforcing filler and dredged mud for bearing composite foundations and roadbed engineering, so that the intense stirring in-situ solidification treatment method meets the requirements of industries such as traffic, water conservancy and environmental protection in China, and the cyclic utilization of resources is improved.
