The method solves the problems that in a coral aggregate modification method in the prior art, the use amount of coating materials is often difficult to determine, if the coating materials are too many, due to the fact that fine components exist in the coral aggregate, the coral aggregate can be connected together by the coating materials, paving and maintenance must be conducted, site resources are occupied, and meanwhile waste of the coating materials is caused to a great extent, and if the coating material is too few, the phenomena of large resistance and non-uniform coating during stirring occur.
