The invention discloses a vehicle body self-locking device and a system. The device comprises a device body, a recognition assembly, a control assembly and at least one locking assembly. Wherein the locking assembly is arranged on the device body; the control assembly is in communication connection with the recognition assembly and the locking assembly and can control the locking assembly to lock or unlock the vehicle body according to the position information, recognized by the recognition assembly, of the vehicle body and/or the action state information of the locking assembly. According to the device, the movement of the locking part can be controlled by detecting different running positions of the vehicle body, meanwhile, various buffering and safety mechanisms are arranged, and the whole device has the stable and safe self-locking effect.
