The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic tile caulking agents, in particular to a rapidly-solidified ceramic tile caulking agent and a preparation method thereof. The caulking agent is prepared from the following raw materials: Portland cement, quick-dry slurry, an admixture, ethylene-acetic acid copolymerized rubber powder, a dispersing agent and a thickening agent. The quick-dry slurry is prepared from the following raw materials: ground calcium carbonate, quartz powder, titanium dioxide, hydrobromic acid, N,N-dimethyl-1H-indole-3-ethylamine, ammonia water and the balance of deionized water. According to the rapidly-solidified ceramic tile caulking agent and the preparation method thereof, heavy calcium carbonate, quartz powder and titanium dioxide are added into the added quick-dry slurry, so that the drying rate and the strength of the caulking agent can be increased, and due to the added hydrobromic acid, N,N-dimethyl-1H-indole-3-ethylamine and ammonia water mixture, after the prepared caulking agent is in contact with air, internal particles of the joint mixture are mutually crosslinked and deform, and surface tension of polymer particles drives water to be discharged, so that the caulking agent is rapidly solidified.
