A bottom section, a top section and partial unbonded longitudinal bars of a prefabricated hollow sandwich concrete-filled steel tube pier body are further arranged between the cast-in-place reinforced concrete bearing platform and the prefabricated reinforced concrete cover beam, and the bottom section and the top section of the hollow sandwich concrete-filled steel tube pier body each comprise an inner-layer steel tube and an outer-layer steel tube, a concrete interlayer is poured between the inner-layer steel tube and the outer-layer steel tube; longitudinal PVC pipes used for penetrating through the unbonded longitudinal bars are embedded in the concrete interlayer of the pier body bottom section. And the partial unbonded longitudinal bar comprises three parts from top to bottom: an outward extending part upwards from the top surface of the bearing platform, an unbonded section positioned at the upper part of the bearing platform and a pre-embedded part in the bearing platform.
