Shaping formwork and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a shaping formwork and a construction method thereof. The shaping formwork comprises a first fixing assembly, a second fixing assembly and a rotating assembly; the first fixing assembly and the second fixing assembly are arranged in a spaced mode, the rotating assembly is located between the first fixing assembly and the second fixing assembly, the first fixing assembly and the rotating assembly are connected through at least one connecting piece, and a rotating piece can rotate relative to the first fixing assembly; and the second fixing assembly is detachably connected with the end, deviating from the first fixing assembly, of the rotating assembly. The construction method comprises the steps of mounting and dismounting. On one hand, the rotating assembly is arranged, and in the dismounting process, the influence of an embedded part foundation is avoided; the rotating assembly is rotated to make the rotating assembly abut against the first fixing assembly, and thus dismounting of the shaping formwork is facilitated; and on the other hand, through the combined arrangement, the phenomena of mold expansion and slurry leakage are avoided, and the external quality and attractiveness of concrete are improved.
本发明涉及一种定型模板及施工方法,定型模板包括第一固定组件、第二固定组件以及旋转组件;第一固定组件与第二固定组件间隔设置,旋转组件位于第一固定组件与第二固定组件之间,第一固定组件与旋转组件通过至少一个连接件连接,旋转件能够相对第一固定组件转动,第二固定组件与旋转组件背离第一固定组件的一端可拆卸连接;施工方法的流程为:安装步骤‑拆卸步骤;一方面,通过设置旋转组件,在拆卸过程中,避免受预埋件基础的影响,通过转动旋转组件,使得旋转组件与第一固定组件抵接,由此,便于定型模板的拆除;另一方面,通过组合式设置,避免出现涨模和漏浆现象,提高了混凝土外部质量的美观。
