Expansion joint shaping formwork and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an expansion joint shaping formwork. A main panel and an auxiliary panel are combined into a box-shaped formwork through a telescopic fixing piece, the width of the box-shapedformwork is matched with the width of an expansion joint, the telescopic fixing piece comprises a supporting rod, threaded heads are arranged at the two ends of the supporting rod, and a first sleeveand a second sleeve are installed at the two ends of the supporting rod respectively; the first sleeve is fixedly connected with the main panel, and the second sleeve is fixedly connected with the auxiliary panel; a construction method of the expansion joint shaping formwork comprises the steps that 1, the supporting rod on the back face of the auxiliary panel is adjusted; 2, the main panel and the auxiliary panel are assembled into the box-shaped formwork; 3, through-wall bolts are installed at the bottom of the expansion joint to form a bearing platform of the box-shaped formwork; 4, the box-shaped formwork is arranged in the expansion joint; and 5, after pouring, the auxiliary panel is removed firstly, and then the main panel is removed. According to the formwork structure, the thickness can be adjusted at will according to the width requirement of a construction joint, the telescopic connecting piece structure achieves contraction of the main panel and the auxiliary panel, and theformwork structure can be disassembled from the joint conveniently.
