Anti-corrosion offshore wind power foundation
The invention provides an anti-corrosion offshore wind power foundation. The anti-corrosion offshore wind power foundation comprises a pile foundation, a mounting piece and a sacrificial anode block; the pile foundation comprises a first part; the first part is positioned between a seabed surface and a sea level; the mounting piece is annular, sleeves the first part, and is connected with the outer wall surface of the first part; the mounting piece defines a mounting groove for extending in the peripheral direction of the pile foundation; the mounting groove surrounds at least one part of the first part in the peripheral direction of the pile foundation; an opening communicating with the mounting groove is formed in the top end of the mounting piece; the mounting piece is conductive; the sacrificial anode block can be mounted in the mounting groove through the opening; and the sacrificial anode block positioned in the mounting groove is contacted with the groove wall surface of the mounting groove, and is dipped in seawater. The anti-corrosion offshore wind power foundation uses the sacrificial anode block for preventing corrosion of the pile foundation to prolong the life of the pile foundation, and is simple and fast in replacement process of the sacrificial anode block, low in danger coefficient and lower in cost.
本发明提供了一种防腐蚀的海上风电基础,包括桩基础、安装件和牺牲阳极块,桩基础包括第一部分,第一部分位于海床面和海平面之间,安装件为环形,安装件套设在第一部分上且与第一部分的外壁面相连,安装件限定出沿桩基础的周向延伸的安装槽,安装槽在桩基础的周向上环绕第一部分的至少一部分,安装件的顶端设有与安装槽连通的开口,安装件导电,牺牲阳极块能够通过开口装入安装槽中,位于安装槽中的牺牲阳极块与安装槽的槽壁面接触并浸泡在海水中。根据本发明实施例的防腐蚀的海上风电基础利用牺牲阳极块避免桩基础被腐蚀,从而提高桩基础的寿命,且牺牲阳极块更换过程简单快捷,危险系数小,成本较低。
