The construction method comprises the following construction steps that a first section of template at the lowest part is mounted; a foam rubber strip is mounted on the inner side of the upper edge of the first section of template, and special-shaped steel bars are mounted at the upper port of the first section of template; concrete is poured for the first time; the upper end of a first pouring concrete wall or column is convex; a second section of template at the upper part is mounted; the concrete is poured for the second time, and vertical straight bars on the peripheries of the special-shaped steel bars are arranged in filled concrete to achieve reinforcement; and after the concrete is dried, the the second section of template is removed to form the concrete wall or column. According to the template splicing construction method without the horizontal construction joint, the problem that horizontal construction joints exist in a cast-in-place concrete wall in the prior art is solved. The problem that the construction joint is exposed due to the fact that the soil-filled concrete for hiding the construction joint is prone to falling off is further solved.
