By adding the redispersible latex powder, a pasty viscous material C has extremely outstanding waterproof performance and good bonding strength, meanwhile, the elasticity of the pasty viscous material C can be improved, the pasty viscous material C has long opening time, the pasty viscous material C can be endowed with excellent alkali resistance, the adhesion, the adhesiveness, the breaking strength, the plasticity, the wear resistance and the constructability of the pasty viscous material C are improved, and the prepared pasty viscous material C has relatively high flexibility.
