Anti-freezing concrete and preparation method thereof

The anti-freezing concrete comprises the following raw materials: 210-320 parts of cement, 760-900 parts of coarse aggregate, 520-660 parts of fine aggregate, 6-8 parts of a water reducing agent, 20-38 parts of a filler, and 120-180 parts of water, wherein the filler is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of alpha aluminum oxide, 0.3-0.6 part of sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, 0.7-1.4 parts of sodium heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate, and 4-6 parts of ethylene glycol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and stirring alpha aluminum oxide, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate, sodium heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate and ethylene glycol, and fully mixing to obtain a filler; mixing and stirring cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and a water reducing agent, and fully mixing to obtain a first mixture; S2, adding the first mixture into water, fully stirring, and fully mixing to obtain a second mixture; and S3, adding the filler into the second mixture, and fully stirring to obtain the anti-freezing concrete. The anti-freezing concrete disclosed by the invention has the advantage of good anti-freezing performance.
