Anti-freezing concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses anti-freezing concrete and a preparation method thereof.The concrete is prepared from cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water, mineral powder, fly ash, an additive, an anti-freezing agent, an air entraining agent, waste aluminum particles, a silane coupling agent, polyacrylonitrile fibers and thermal expansion microspheres; wherein the core material of the thermal expansion microsphere is polyacrylonitrile fiber powder and liquid alkane, and the wall material of the thermal expansion microsphere is a mixture of polyurea and polyvinyl chloride; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the cement, the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate, the mineral powder, the fly ash, the air entraining agent, the waste aluminum particles and the polyacrylonitrile fibers to prepare a primary mixture; and mixing the admixture and the antifreeze agent, adding the mixture into water, adding the silane coupling agent, mixing, adding the primary mixture, finally adding the thermal expansion microspheres, and stirring to obtain the antifreeze concrete. The method has the characteristic of improving the freeze-thaw resistance of the concrete.
