Quick-drying high-strength thin spraying material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a quick-drying high-strength thin spraying material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of thin spraying materials. The preparation method comprises the steps of adding diethanol amine into a three-necked bottle, adding succinic anhydride into a solvent N, N-dimethylacetamide, transferring the mixture into a constant-pressure dropping funnel, dropwise adding the mixture into the three-necked bottle to obtain an intermediate A, adding the intermediate A into the three-necked bottle, adding a catalyst, adding a water-carrying agent and dropwise adding glycerol into the three-neck bottle, and obtaining a foaming agent. The problem that the spraying material is low in compression resistance and breaking strength is solved by adding the foaming agent; and the generated ettringite can be mutually lapped to form a compact spatial network structure, the effects of accelerating coagulation and improving early strength are achieved, the solubility of calcium hydroxide is improved due to reduction of interfacial tension, calcium hydroxide can react with aluminum hydroxide and aluminum sulfate components in a thin spraying material system to generate more ettringite, and then the purposes of accelerating coagulation and early strength are achieved.
本发明公开了一种快速干燥高强度薄喷材料及其制备方法,涉及薄喷材料技术领域,通过将二乙醇胺加入三口瓶中,将丁二酸酐加入溶剂N,N‑二甲基乙酰胺中,并转移到恒压滴液漏斗中,滴加到三口瓶中,得到中间体A,将中间体A加入三口瓶中,加入催化剂,加入带水剂,将丙三醇滴加到三口瓶中,得到该起泡剂,通过加入该起泡剂解决了喷涂材料的抗压和抗折强度低的问题;钙矾石的生成可以相互搭接形成致密的空间网络结构,起到促凝和提高早期强度的作用,界面张力的降低使氢氧化钙的溶解度提高,可以和薄喷材料体系中的氢氧化铝、硫酸铝组分反应生成更多的钙矾石,从而达到促凝、早强的目的。
