The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: 1, cleaning high-thermal-conductivity graphite with a NaOH solution, and then performing ultrasonic cleaning with deionized water; and meanwhile, uniformly mixing the three kinds of metal powder including Cr, Sn and Cu; 2, spraying the mixed metal powder obtained in the step 1 to the high-thermal-conductivity graphite; 3, carrying out heat treatment on the graphite workpiece obtained in the step 2 in a vacuum furnace; 4, taking out a graphite workpiece, cooling to the room temperature, and then cleaning a red copper piece and the cooled graphite workpiece; and 5 welding the graphite workpiece cleaned in the step 4 with the red copper piece by adopting soldering paste, and finally obtaining the high-thermal-conductivity graphite-copper solid vacuum chamber. The production process is simple, and reliable combination of graphite and copper is achieved.
