Construction method for building artificial rock plug body and water intake in reservoir
The invention provides a construction method for building a permanent artificial rock plug body and a water intake in a built reservoir. The method comprises the following steps: in a low-water-level window period of the reservoir, removing a strongly weathered covering layer on the surface of an underwater side slope at the water intake to be built through underwater excavation and underwater blasting to form an underwater groove; then, sinking the prefabricated water taking opening with the flange cover plates reserved at the two ends into the groove in a pipe sinking mode; pouring underwater reinforced concrete to fill the groove to form the permanent artificial rock plug body and the water intake; under the protection of the permanent artificial rock plug body, constructing a diversion tunnel to the water intake, dismounting a reserved flange cover plate of the water intake and sequentially connecting the same with a diversion tunnel secondary lining structure, wherein communication between the reservoir and the diversion tunnel is achieved. Cofferdam construction or underwater rock plug blasting construction does not need to be conducted according to the traditional method, so that the applicability is wide, the safety is high, the investment is saved, the water flow condition of the water intake is good, the construction period cannot be limited by the low-water-level window period of the reservoir, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明提供一种在已建水库中修建永久性人工岩塞体及取水口的施工方法,该方法包括:在水库低水位窗口期,通过水下开挖及水下爆破清除拟建取水口处水下边坡表面的强风化覆盖层,形成水下沟槽;然后将两端预留法兰盖板的预制取水口以沉管的方式下沉至沟槽内;浇筑水下钢筋混凝土填充沟槽,形成永久性人工岩塞体与取水口;在该永久性人工岩塞体的保护下,施工引水隧洞至取水口,拆除取水口预留法兰盖板,与引水隧洞二衬结构顺接,实现水库与引水隧洞的连通。本发明无须按照传统方法进行围堰施工或水下岩塞爆破施工,适用性广,安全性高,节省投资,取水口水流条件好,且工期可不受水库低水位窗口期限制,节约施工工期。
