The invention relates to a construction method of a reservoir water intake control well. The construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, early-stage construction preparation and upper slope support construction; secondly, the vertical shaft is excavated and supported to the bottom of the vertical shaft, and concrete is used for sealing the bottom; 3, low-water-level water taking pipe construction; 4, water is introduced into a low-water-level water taking pipe; 5, high-water-level water taking pipe construction; sixthly, a high platform (a steel platform) is constructed; seventhly, the steel platform is utilized, and the control well continues to be constructed to the top; and 8, subsequent construction is ended, the formwork and the steel platform are dismantled, and control well construction is completed. According to the method, the construction period is shortened, the cost is reduced, the engineering quality is guaranteed, beneficial practical experience and theoretical guidance are provided for development of the construction technology of the water intake control well of the reservoir, and beneficial reference can be provided for implementation of subsequent similar engineering.
