Embedded sliding groove and construction process
The invention provides an embedded sliding groove and a construction process. The embedded sliding groove comprises a groove channel, a flat head bolt and end covers, wherein first teeth are arranged in the two sides of an opening of the groove channel, and an anchor bolt is arranged on the side, away from the opening, of the groove channel; the flat head bolt is matched with the opening of the groove channel, and second teeth which are matched with the first teeth are arranged at the bottom of the flat head bolt; and the end covers are fixedly inserted into the two ends of the groove channel, the end covers are provided with plugs which are matched with the groove channel, and clamping strips are arranged on the plugs. The construction process comprises the following steps of machining the embedded sliding groove and a steel reinforcement framework; placing the embedded sliding groove and the steel reinforcement framework into a mold, and positioning; injecting concrete into the mold, and casting and tamping for forming; and demolding and hoisting after the concrete is cured and solidified. According to the embedded sliding groove, the operation safety is improved, and the storage and transportation requirements of the embedded sliding groove are met.
