Semi-grouting sleeve structure capable of realizing self-centering of sleeve steel bars
The invention discloses a semi-grouting sleeve structure capable of realizing self-centering of sleeve steel bars. According to the semi-grouting sleeve structure, a twisted steel bar and a rubber plug are existing products, and a semi-grouting sleeve needs to be customized from a factory; when a prefabricated part is manufactured, steel bars need to be straightened firstly, at the moment, the semi-grouting sleeve needs to sleeve the steel bars firstly, then concrete is poured to complete manufacturing of the prefabricated part, and the steel bars need to be straightened during the period; during on-site installation, a grouting sleeve is sleeved, grouting materials are poured till a few grouting materials overflow, and the whole construction process is completed after a slurry opening is blocked; in the process of sleeving the grouting sleeve, the steel bars need to overcome the counter force and friction force between the reinforcing steel bars and steel sheets so as to carry out self-centering; and the probability of generating defects during grouting of the centered grouting sleeve is much lower, so that the connection strength and the anti-seismic property of the grouting sleeve are integrally improved. The semi-grouting sleeve structure has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient and rapid to construct, small in material consumption, good in effect, good in use prospect and capable of being widely applied to prefabricated buildings.
本发明公开了一种可实现套筒钢筋自对中的半灌浆套筒构造,螺纹钢筋及橡胶塞为现有产品,半灌浆套筒需要从工厂定制。预制构件制作时需先进行钢筋调直,半灌浆套筒此时需要先套入钢筋上再浇灌混凝土完成预制构件制作,期间需要进行钢筋调直。现场安装时套入灌浆套筒,灌入灌浆料至少许溢出,封堵好浆料口后即完成整个施工流程。在套入灌浆套筒的过程中,钢筋需要克服与钢片之间的反力和摩擦力,以此来进行自对中。进行对中后的灌浆套筒在灌浆时产生缺陷的几率小很多,整体上提高了灌浆套筒连接的强度和抗震性能。本发明具有结构简单、施工便捷、耗材较小、效果较好,具有良好的使用前景,可广泛应用于装配式建筑当中。
