The invention discloses a full-grouting sleeve structure capable of achieving sleeve steel bar self-centering. In the structure, a threaded steel bar and a rubber plug are existing products, and a full-grouting sleeve needs to be customized from a factory. A prefabricated part is transported to a construction site after being manufactured. During field installation, steel bar straightening needs to be conducted firstly, the steel bar is adjusted to the design position and then sleeved with the grouting sleeve, a grouting material is poured till a little grouting material overflows, and the whole construction process is completed after a slurry opening is blocked. In the process of sleeving the grouting sleeve, the steel bar needs to overcome counter force and friction force between the steel bar and a steel sheet, and accordingly self-centering is conducted. The probability of defects generated during grouting of the centered grouting sleeve is much small, and the connecting strength and anti-seismic property of the grouting sleeve are improved on the whole. The full-grouting sleeve structure has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient and fast to construct, small in material consumption, good in effect and the like, has good using prospects and can be widely applied to fabricated buildings.
本发明公开了一种可实现套筒钢筋自对中的全灌浆套筒构造,该构造中,螺纹钢筋及橡胶塞为现有产品,全灌浆套筒需要从工厂定制。预制构件制作好后运输至施工现场。现场安装时,需要先进行钢筋调直,调至设计位置,再套入灌浆套筒,灌入灌浆料至少许溢出,封堵好浆料口后即完成整个施工流程。在套入灌浆套筒的过程中,钢筋需要克服与钢片之间的反力和摩擦力,以此来进行自对中。进行对中后的灌浆套筒在灌浆时产生缺陷的几率小很多,整体上提高了灌浆套筒连接的强度和抗震性能。本发明具有结构简单、施工便捷、耗材较小、效果较好等优点,具有良好的使用前景,可广泛应用于装配式建筑当中。
