The invention discloses a steel structure solar photovoltaic waterproof damping roof which comprises a steel structure roof, H-shaped water guide purlines mounted on the upper side of the steel structure roof and waterproof photovoltaic assemblies mounted on the H-shaped water guide purlines; the steel structure roof comprises roof steel beams and C-shaped steel beams, the H-shaped water guide purlines are installed on the upper sides of the C-shaped steel beams, a diversion trench is formed in the upper side of each H-shaped water diversion purline, a first frame is arranged on the upper side of the waterproof photovoltaic assembly, a second frame is arranged on the lower side of the waterproof photovoltaic assembly, a water retaining cover plate is fixed to the top of the side, away from the waterproof photovoltaic panel, of the second frame, and the water retaining cover plate covers the upper side surface of the adjacent first frame. The waterproof photovoltaic assembly is adopted as the waterproof roof to replace a conventional tile surface, a waterproof device does not need to be additionally arranged, the cost of a color steel tile or a cement roof is saved, raw materials are saved, the cost is greatly saved, and meanwhile, the weight of the roof is greatly reduced.
