The invention provides a design method and a prefabricated concrete scissor stair. The design method comprises the steps of searching for reasons, analyzing roots, seeking for solutions and selecting a staircase section installation mode. The scissor stair is divided into two stair sections in the horizontal direction by arranging a middle stair beam, and the weight of the scissor stair is greatly reduced; and the prefabricated concrete scissor stair comprises a middle stair beam, a first stair beam section, a second stair beam section, a stair beam section I and a stair beam section II, the lower end of the first stair beam section and the upper end of the stair beam section I are fixed to a lower-layer stair beam, the upper end of the second stair beam section and the lower end of the stair beam section II are fixed to an upper-layer stair beam, and the upper end of the first ladder beam section, the lower end of the second ladder beam section, the upper end of the ladder beam section I and the lower end of the ladder beam section II are all fixed to the middle ladder beam. According to the invention, the middle stair beam is arranged to divide the shear stair into the two stair sections in the horizontal direction, the size of the prefabricated stair plate is greatly reduced, and the hoisting and mounting difficulty of the stair sections in a narrow stair space is reduced.
本发明提供了一种设计方法及预制装配式混凝土剪刀楼梯,设计方法包括:查找原因、分析根源、寻求解决方案和选取梯段安装方式,本发明通过设置中间梯梁将剪刀楼梯水平方向分成两个梯段,大大减轻了剪刀楼梯的重量;预制装配式混凝土剪刀楼梯包括中间梯梁、第一梯梁段、第二梯梁段、梯梁段Ⅰ和梯梁段Ⅱ,第一梯梁段的下端和梯梁段Ⅰ的上端固定于下层梯梁,第二梯梁段的上端和梯梁段Ⅱ的下端固定于上层梯梁,第一梯梁段的上端、第二梯梁段的下端、梯梁段Ⅰ的上端和梯梁段Ⅱ的下端均固定于中间梯梁。本发明通过设置中间梯梁将剪刀楼梯水平方向分成两个梯段,预制梯板的尺寸大大减小,在狭小的楼梯空间内降低楼梯梯段的吊装及安装难度。
