The invention discloses a prefabricated scissor stair. The prefabricated scissor stair comprises floor plates which are adjacently arranged in an up-down mode; a staircase is formed between the two adjacent floor plates; prefabricated stair pieces are arranged in the staircase; a prefabricated composite partition wall is arranged between the adjacent prefabricated stair pieces; a cast-in-place upper-layer ladder beam and a cast-in-place lower-layer ladder beam are arranged in the staircase; a mounting position is arranged on the cast-in-place upper-layer ladder beam; the upper end of the prefabricated composite partition wall is fixed to the staircase through the mounting position; the cast-in-place lower-layer ladder beam is provided with a grouting position; and the lower end of the prefabricated composite partition wall is fixed to the staircase through the grouting position. The integral installation and decoration integration of a wall body between stairs is realized; large working procedures of an infilled wall are reduced, the construction period is shortened, the erection of scaffolds is reduced, and the cost is saved; only simple putty powder decoration is needed in the later period; and industrialization, assembly and decoration are realized.
