The invention relates to an anti-collision movable guardrail which is characterized by comprising a plurality of guardrail frames which are connected with one another, wherein each guardrail frame comprises two sets of cross beams which are symmetrically arranged, at least two first crosspieces and a plurality of pairs of second crosspieces are arranged between the two sets of cross beams, and the first crosspieces are perpendicular to the cross beam, are communicated to the bottom of the cross beam from the top of the cross beam and are connected with the cross beam; the plurality of pairs of second crosspieces are arranged at the top of the cross beam and are perpendicular to the cross beam, a pair of crosspiece communicating pieces is symmetrically arranged between the pair of second crosspieces, the crosspiece communicating pieces are perpendicular to the second crosspieces, and a rectangular closed loop is formed between the pair of second crosspieces and the pair of crosspiece communicating pieces. According to the anti-collision movable guardrail, the whole frame is machined in a welding mode, on-site assembly components are reduced, the first crosspieces and the second crosspieces are machined by adopting an overall profiling technology, and the overall strength of the guardrail is improved.
